ON & OFF THE MOUNTAIN
After professional athlete Kimmy Fasani's breast cancer diagnosis in 2021, Burton and Boarding for Breast Cancer came together in a collaborative project for Breast Cancer Awareness Month of 2022. An existing infographic on how to do a self breast exam was redesigned and distributed digitally across social media platforms and websites, Kimmy's film Beautiful Flaws, as well as printed versions living in Burton stores and with online orders of Kimmy's [ak] line. The primary redesign goal was to provide diversity in the bodies shown.
DESIGN ELEMENTS
With the opportunity to redesign B4BC's educational material, it was important to present the information with a more modern and inviting aesthetic, and to showcase different body and breast shapes.
